Prosecco is an Italian sparkling wine made from the Glera grape. It is often compared with French champagne, but the difference between them is quite large, and therefore such a comparison is not always justified.
Prosecco pairs well with virtually all types of fish. Say, with sea bream, perch, flounder. However, other seafood will do: scallops, shrimp, clams. Seafood salads, however, can also be an excellent accompaniment to Prosecco.
